Memphis Grizzlies injury updates and predicted lineup

The Grizzlies who were on a tear in January are seeing some dreadful form this month losing 4 of the 6 games they have played so far. After a 4-game losing streak, the Grizzlies finally had a win as they beat the Hornets 130-114 in their last game.

As of now, the Grizzlies are dealing with several injury issues prior to their game against the champions. Brandon Clarke, Jaren Jackson Jr., Sean McDermott, De’Anthony Melton, Killian Tillie, Xavier Tillman, and Justice Winslow are all listed out of the lineup against the Lakers.

The Grizzlies will face the Lakers who are coming off of a 6-game winning streak. It will be a big challenge for them to defeat the in-form Lakers.

Predictions

The Lakers are in a 6-game winning streak but might be fatigued given their last three games went to overtime. But given the dwindling form of the Grizzlies, the Lakers should be able to see out this game and extend their winning streak to seven games.
