The NBA has always rewarded the best young players in the league with adulation and support. However, with each passing year, the average age of such players is dropping lower and lower. Players like Luka Doncic, Zion Williamson, and Lamelo Ball have successfully raised the bar for younger superstars who want a future in the NBA. So much so, that the NBA world has hyped up the projected #1 NBA draft pick in 2023, Victor Wembanyama. Back in February, when a 13-year-old, 6’9 boy from Mali, Mahamadou Landoure, was spotted dominating a U14 Championship final in Europe, there were a lot of comments casting doubt on the 13-year-old’s age among the few adulations for his performance. Similarly, when fans recently saw a clip of a 14-year-old, 6 ’10 tall, Adrien Porras destroying his competition, they were left with a whole lot of questions about his age.

The youngster from Arizona has recently gone viral after he was seen battling players who were leagues below him in size and skill.
