In one such instance, former Golden State Warriors star Stephen Jackson and former NBA star Matt Barnes revealed interesting details regarding one of their parties. Moreover, this came after a historic playoff win against the Dallas Mavericks.

Barnes said, “Like Jack said, we weren’t really publicizing it, but people knew. We beat Dallas in the playoffs one year. It was like the biggest upset in NBA history. So, we went up to our coach’s floor, and he’s having a party there.

He added, “Me and Jack walk in and one of our teammates is like, ‘fellas, Woody Harrelson is in the back rolling doobies.’So we go back there and Woody Harrelson is really back there rolling joints.

Interestingly enough, this story by Barnes made boxing legend Mike Tyson go into a laughter fit. Safe to say, Barnes’ story must have really tickled Tyson, as it is a tough job to make him laugh!

Considering the feat the Warriors achieved under Jackson, a good party was meant to be. The Warriors defeated the Mavericks in 6 games as they took down the number 1 seed.

Playoff success was nothing new to Jackson. He had already tasted success with the San Antonio Spurs in 2003. For the uninitiated, he shared a rivalry with the Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant.
