Ever since the title of the next Michael Jordan, Skip Bayless has been relentless against the King. And it seems he wants to continue going for the bloodline.

While James is undoubtedly one of the best players in the history of the NBA, his son, Bronny is just starting to make his name. The 17-year-old looks a lot like his father on the floor. Having freaky athleticism and an eye for passing, Bronny is quickly rising among the ranks. However, his recent display of flying put the world in shock.

Taking the length of the floor, Bronny launched into the air to finish the dunk. NBA players couldn’t believe the high schoolers’ aerial attack. However, Bayless had some criticism. And former NBA star Jalen Rose called out the basketball pundit by bringing up his own ball career.

Rose is under fire for defending LeBron James’ son

As the NBA world was seeing talent come up, Bayless saw room for improvement. He criticized Bronny’s biggest play so far. However, Jalen Rose had enough of Bayless’ routine to disrespect anything around LeBron James. Likewise, he went on an onslaught against the veteran analyst. Rose brought up Bayless’ high school stats and shamed him for averaging less than two points per game.

The former Toronto Raptors star said: “Nobody should be overcritical of high school players, in particular those of professional athletes. Especially if you were a junior in high school and only averaged 1.4 points.”

While Bayless did have his opinion, the 70-year-old clarified his comments. Tuning in on ‘Undisputed‘, Bayless agreed to be blown away by the high school sensation. He said his comments weren’t a comparison to Bronny’s father but a sign of surprise. Bayless even addressed Bronny’s constant improvement. Currently ranked 43rd in his class, LeBron James’ eldest is looking to make a push in the NBA.
