“Your Days in the League Are Numbered”: Blood-Ridden Scenes at NBA Game Could Be Worrying News for LeBron James’ Lakers

The NBA world on Twitter seems furious about blood being shed on the court as Russell Westbrook busted his head open following a clash with Zach Collins. After the incident, LeBron James took some important actions. During the third quarter of the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs, while trying to score Westbook got hit by an elbow from Collins. And the scenes after that were worrying for the audience.

After taking an elbow from 6’11 ft Collins, Westbrook fell on the court. But it didn’t take him long to rise up and charge toward Collins. LeBron was standing right in front of Westbrook and quickly grabbed him as Westbrook looked furious. And soon the audience got to witness some unpleasant visuals as blood started flowing through Westbrook’s head.

LeBron immediately got a towel and pressed it against Westbrook’s busted head. Soon, Westbrook earned a technical foul and was taken to the locker room. Zach Collins on the other hand got ejected from the game with a Flagrant 2. It didn’t take long for the clip to go viral on the internet. And the fans seem concerned and furious by the incident. As one of the fans said, “Trynna take out the best player in the league smh. Zach Collins, your days in this league are numbered.”

LeBron James and the Lakers got another victory

At first, the injury looked quite serious but Russell Westbrook returned to the court with a bandage on his head. And the Los Angeles Lakers did it for the fans as they went on to win the game. The Lakers won by 5 points, the final score was 143-138. LeBron James, who himself was making a comeback from an injury led the team to two back-to-back victories against the San Antonio Spurs.

LeBron dropped 39 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 assists in 35 minutes, making it one of the best performances by LeBron this season. Russell Westbrook on the other hand spent 26 minutes on the court scoring 11 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists.

However, the fans would be relieved to see that the injury was not severe and the world can see Westbrook back in action.
