Shaq loves challenges, one doesn’t simply become the most dominant athlete of all time without facing challenges. However, now in his softened-up era, the Big Man goes big on having fun. So when he challenges a fellow legend, best believe it is going to be a fun ride. Shaq is promoting a golf match in Vegas, held at the WYNN Golf Club. As we know that the NBA stars are extremely fond of golf and have taken a deep interest in it, other names are attached to it as well. The most notable of which is Steph Curry and Klay Thompson.

Now those two Golden State Warriors teammates are not on Shaq’s challenge radar, but it is one of his best friends. The 76ers legend Charles Barkley is the one who has been challenged by Shaq for a putt-off and the stakes are high. The Big Man recently posted a clip on his Instagram announcing this challenge for Barkley and the world. Shaq said, “Hello Charles. I’m at the WYNN, Las Vegas where The Match is going to be played. I challenge you to a putt-off.” Then he revealed the prize that Sir Charles might get out of this challenge from the man himself.

For a challenge so big, the prize has to be something special. In fact, it might save Chuck from some serious embarrassment. Shaq said, “If you can hit more putts than me, I will erase all footage of you beating me in golf.” The Big Man reiterated the same in the post’s caption with “I?ll delete all the footage,” of Chuck’s defeat at his hands. Shaq made four out of five putts in the clip, so the competition is going to be tough.

The Match is going to take place on the 29th of June.
