NFL legend Tom Brady is one of the most popular athletes with millions of fans around the world including NBA stars and fans. Despite his personal issues, age, and on-field struggles, Brady still led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the playoffs. Given his age, many believe this could be his last season in the league. On the other hand, if he is going to be retiring, his fans wanted him to win the Super Bowl again and go out with a bang. So there was a huge expectation when the Buccaneers faced Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys in the opening round of playoffs.

But Brady and his fans were left with frustration as the Cowboys eliminated the Buccaneers away from home. With a dominant display, the Dallas side went on to win the game comfortably with a scoreline of  31-14. Dak Prescott played a huge part in the win with five massive touchdowns. On the other hand, Brady had one of his worst playoff performances ever.

This was just the third time Tom Brady was eliminated in the wild-card round of the playoffs. Also, this was one of his worst playoff performances ever. He had 31 incompletions against the Dallas Cowboys which is his highest in a playoff game. When the seven-time Super Bowl champion lost the opening round of the playoffs, his fans could not believe it. A few NBA players and fans took to social media to share their frustration about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ loss.

The five-time Super Bowl MVP had a personal seven-game winning streak against the Cowboys before this loss. So, like many, Houston Rockets rookie TyTy Washington Jr. could not believe Brady lost the game to the Cowboys. So he took to Twitter to share his shock. Similarly, Atlanta Hawks superstar Trae Young shared his frustration on Twitter.
