The world knows that LeBron James is a big fan of football. Recently, he did a rapid-fire session with his media company UNINTERRUPTED on Instagram. There the four-time NBA champion answered some interesting questions about the NFL. When asked about with whom he’ll change his jersey, James prefers an ex-Heisman trophy winner because of an interesting reason which according to him makes sense.

UNINTERRUPTED hosts a weekly session with LeBron James Thursday night football with King James. The rapid fire started with the question what position James would prefer if he played in the NFL.

He replied, “I would probably play tight end or wide receiver.” Then came the next question asking for the best celebration in the NFL. He took his time and replied “Probably Justin Jefferson.”

LeBron James picks Derrick Henry

For the final rapid-fire question, the interviewer asked which NFL star would LeBron James swap his jersey. James said, “Because of we have the same nickname, King Henry[Derrick Henry], King James.”

The Los Angeles Lakers superstar believes “it makes sense.” Derrick Henry looked happy with this response and commented on the post. The former Heisman Trophy winner is considered one of the best running backs in the league. And he has been having a great season so far and is in the MVP conversation. He had a historic performance in the Tennessee Titans‘ win against the Green Bay Packers that emulated NFL legend Walter Payton’s performance in 1983.

Billionaire LeBron James recently revealed his interest to own an NFL franchise in the future. When Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times asked James about the idea of owning an NFL franchise, he disclosed it.

Apart from the NFL, James is a part-owner of the Boston Red Sox. He also joined the Fenway Sports Group in March 2021 which owns Liverpool Football Club. And it’s possible that once he retires, the two-time MVP may try to make his move to be an owner of an NFL team. Furthermore, he has also multiple times talked about owning an NBA expansion team in Las Vegas.
