The 90s in the NBA did belong to Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. Winning six titles was no easy feat and Jordan’s prowess on court remained unmatched. However, there are a few exceptions that continue to wow fans to this day.
In an old highlight shared again recently, one can see retired Denver Nuggets player Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf torch Jordan. The 1996 game was special in its own way, where the Nuggets ended the Bulls’ winning streak. It was, overall, a rare loss for the Bulls that year.

Nuggets star dominated Michael Jordan in an old highlight video
The 1995-96 season was pretty amazing for the Chicago Bulls. The team won 72 games, and also the title.
However, in one February regular-season game, Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf helped his team hand the Bulls a rare loss. It was apparently an 18-game winning streak for the Bulls. The Bulls were already trailing by 25 points after the 2nd quarter. They did manage to close the game in the 3rd quarter, but eventually, it were the Denver Nuggets who won by 105-99.
