The Lakers superstar LeBron James missed a few games after his historic night due to a minor ankle injury. Moreover, the purple and gold team traded their star player, Russell Westbrook, ahead of the deadline. Amid all the concerns, King James and the new Lakers addition impressed the fans with a Stephen Curry-like performance on the hardwood.

The Lakers are currently the 13th seed of the Western Conference with a 26-32 record, struggling to even qualify for the play-in tournament. However, the recent Lakers additions have provided promising signs to the fans as they flooded the Twitter comments with praise tweets for the 24-year-old star.

The veteran NBA insiders Dave McMenamin and Juvan Buha shared videos of the stars taking 3-pointer shots during the team practice sessions. Moreover, Buha tweeted, “LeBron and Mo Bamba are the last two players getting shots up at shootaround.” Notably, the fans compared the stars to the Dubstar as he holds the record for the most three-pointers made.
