With the success of the Golden State Warriors in this year?s NBA, a lot of fans have been mocking Kevin Durant. They have also been criticising those who believe that he was the main hero in their 2018 and 2019 win.

Defending Kevin, former Portland Trail Blazers legend CJ McCollum said that everyone on the team knew KD was the best player on the team.

He said, ?There?s no debates about who was the best player on that team. We know it was Kevin Durant. Steph knows it was Kevin Durant. Draymond, deep down, he knows it was Kevin Durant.?

CJ McCollum appeared on ESPN?s show by the name ?Get Up?. He talked about a lot of things and one of those things is the?Warriors’ history. He believes that Kevin was the best player on the team for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. As per him, KD was better even Curry and everyone was aware.?

The Brooklyn Nets were eliminated in the first round of the NBA in a clean sweep by the Boston Celtics. The Golden State Warriors reached the Finals stage with Andrew Wiggins. Warriors fans got a chance to take a dig at Kevin Durant.

They wanted to prove a point that Kevin needed the Warriors more to win a ring than the Warriors needed Kevin to win a championship.?

Kevin is not a player who would remain silent. He had been going back and forth with fans trolling him on Twitter. KD mentioned that fans have been way too concerned with him for far too long. He left the Warriors in 2019 and yet he is brought up again and again. KD also trolled the Warriors after Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

Kevin is clearly supporting the Celtics in the Finals. He would have a lot to say if they beat the Warriors. While fans would also have a chance to destroy KD if the Warriors lift the Finals trophy without him.?
