The Big Diesel is a deeply compassionate man

Stepping foot into the world of food, O’Neal has opened several restaurants and fast-food chains. One of those ventures is the Big Chicken Shaq in Las Vegas. To promote the opening of the restaurant he launched an eight-episode reality series.

On one of those episodes, he invited the founder of Hey Grill Hey, Susie Bulloch. The viewers watched in awe as O’Neal tried to cook the perfect turkey for Thanksgiving.

In a podcast, Susie Bulloch shared her experience of working with the big man. She began by praising him for his kindness and courtesy. She went on to add how surprised she was to see Shaq “man-handle” an entire turkey with one hand. O’Neal has four children with his ex-wife Shaunie O’Neal. He also has a daughter with his ex-girlfriend Arnetta Yardbourgh and a stepson from Shaunie’s previous marriage. He has often talked about how he is strict with his children. He wants them to be independent and not reliant on their father’s financial support.
