While everyone is throwing their opinion on Cardi B these days, she seems to find support in the NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. Notably, Cardi has been making headlines lately. Earlier in June, her husband Offset accused her of cheating. Of course, Cardi was not having any of the Migos star’s allegations. And to bury the accusation, she even released her new song “Jealously” with Offset. However, she has been hitting headlines because of another controversial episode she had recently.

It is well known that Cardi B is not one to take things lying down – as a fan recently learned during her performance. Entertainers often have to endure rude behavior, as they are often in the public eye. Even in the NBA, a Knicks fan once spat on Trae Young. But Cardi B faced something similar recently. She did not take the insult lightly. She immediately gave a fitting reply to a rude fan. Even Big Diesel approved of her reaction.

Shaquille O’Neal supports Cardi’s clap back

Cardi B is adored by her fans and netizens for her ‘no filter’ persona. Among the fans, Shaquille O’Neal also supports the rapper. The 4-time NBA champion made his rap debut in 1993 and has continued to pursue music after his retirement. He has now made his name in the music industry as DJ Diesel. Despite selling out shows all over the world, it’s unlikely that the 7-footer has ever faced the situation Cardi recently found herself in.

During a concert, a rude fan was seen throwing a drink at Cardi B. The rapper was clearly taken aback as the drink landed on her face.

However, in typical Cardi fashion, she was quick to retaliate. After taking a second to realize what had happened, the rapper immediately threw her mic into the crowd and at the rude fan. Numerous people lauded her for the fitting reply.

One said, “Good for her! What the hell is wrong with these people? Throwing anything at performers IS NOT OKAY!” Clearly, Big Diesel agreed and showed his support by sharing the video on his IG story.

With her electrifying music, Cardi draws many fans. But it seems she draws some haters too. Of course, her husband’s recent allegations did not help the case.

Cardi B also clapped back at Offset

On the day of Offset’s now-deleted allegations, Cardi was just as quick as she was on stage.

She immediately clapped back on Twitter, “Don’t pay attention to that countryman, y’all,” she said about her husband who is a Georgia native.

While Cardi B has claimed all the accusations to be false, it seems that the fans and people are not going to end the discussion anytime soon. After all, during her rant on Twitter, Cardi dropped several bombs on the Migos star for questioning her loyalty.

“First of all, let me say: You can’t accuse me of all the things you know that you are guilty of,” Cardi said to her fans.

Interestingly, just days later, Offset held a concert for his fans which drew Shaquille O’Neal’s son Myles O’Neal, who seemed unaware of the controversy.
