Shaquille O’Neal loves his kids. He is extremely proud of his 6 kids and what they have accomplished in their lives. However, Charles Barkley has always speculated that Shaq has 17 children. In recent years, there have been conversations about the Los Angeles Lakers legend having a little bit of Nick Cannon in him. But the 4x champion is not planning on ending this conversation as he recently decided to add fuel to the fire.

Shaquille O’Neal recently shared a video on Instagram. The hilarious video used an iconic voice line from Jamaican dancehall deejay, Ninjaman’s now-infamous interview.

In the video, a person can be heard asking, ‘How many children do you have?’. To this Shaquille O’Neal replies, “23 (children). 22 baby motha. Real badman.” Shaq captioned the post, “reeeeeeeeeel BODMAN” as that’s how Ninjaman says it in the original video.

Big Shaq is a different person on social media. He never holds back from sharing something if he finds it funny. Along with random videos like this, Shaq often shares videos making fun of Charles Barkley on the set of Inside the NBA.

Maybe that is one of the reasons why Barkley chose to start this rumor about Shaq having 17 children. But is there any truth to it?

Shaquille O’Neal has not rejected the allegations

While it is all in good fun, the allegation that Shaquille O’Neal has 17 children was brought up on an episode of The Big Podcast.

However, Shaq decided that it was better to keep things heating up, as he replied, “You’ll never know how many kids I’ve got,” instead of accepting or denying the claims.

However, it is hard to imagine that Shaq would have a child without the world knowing about it. He even adopted his former wife’s son, Myles O’Neal, whom she had in her first marriage. Shaq has always been extremely kind to all his children and has wanted nothing but the best for them. So the accusation from Barkley that Shaq has more might be a bit extreme.
