Another day of drama in reality town. And the star of it is taking the high road. ICYMI, Shaquille O’Neal‘s alleged romantic escapade was the subject of Basketball Wives this week. It stirred up a storm among the gang in front of the show’s producer and star, Shaunie Henderson. Despite the alleged involvement of another Basketball Wives star and Big Diesel, Shaq’s ex-wife is unaffected.

Shaunie is tuning out the drama and the reactions to it with style. She capped off a busy week, including reality drama, by living her best life.

Shaunie Henderson served another moment of fabulous Instagram inspiration on Sunday. Together with her husband, Pastor Keion Henderson, the first lady of The Lighthouse Church in Houston did her weekly ritual of livening up the congregation. She summarized her day in an Instagram post.

God don’t play about me. #HappySunday,” she wrote to complement it with an uplifting montage of her Sunday. It was a fun end to a week of jetsetting with her kids and going to events. She was also cheering for Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes at their recent game.

But that’s not all that she had going on this week. Shaunie is sitting back as season 11 of her show, Basketball Wives. The latest episode carried some awkward tension. Though Shaunie was at the heart of it, she stayed on the sidelines and watched it all go down. The drama stemmed from Shaunie’s ex and co-parent of their five kids, Shaquille O’Neal having dinner with another Basketball Wives star.

Shaq dined with Brittany Renner at a Beverly Hills hotspot in June sparking romance rumors with Shaunie’s colleague. Now that the show is running, we saw the fallout from it. Shaunie stayed silently on the side as her best friend, Evelyn Lozada asked, “I know you’re looking for a husband but is the husband Shaquille (O’Neal)?” at Renner.

The other ladies also had a piece to say but Shaunie remained resolutely silent. Shaq is not part of the cast of Basketball Wives but his personal life has played out several times on the show.

While Shaq is back in the TNT studio with the NBA regular season, he was the hot topic on Basketball Wives.

The show premiered at the peak of his 2011 divorce from Shaunie and often turned the spotlight on his personal life. His dinner with Renner also became the subject this time. In June, Renner insisted the dinner was just between two friends catching up.

It would’ve been difficult for  Renner to speak in front of Shaunie but she told the same to her too. “No. He’s one of the people I’ve always talked to. He’s just a good guy, and that’s just kind of it. There’s really not much to it.”

Shaunie remains unaffected by the drama and her latest Instagram post proves it. She’s moved on with her husband and has a good co-parenting relationship with Shaq. There’s no reality drama that can dampen this parade.
