As common as arguments can be on the NBA court, an argument between a coach and an opposing player is rare. Get the coach ejected and it’s a unicorn. But that’s what happened to Ime Udoka. It’s understandable though, because the person opposite him was an old rival.
The Rockets coach got into it with LeBron James during the game and was tossed out. So he was not on the court to see firsthand the Lakers win 107-97 over Udoka’s team. Skip Bayless is ready to dissect the fleeting altercation. And he dragged Michael Jordan into leaving fans scratching their heads at the unexplained connection.

“OM TOMORROW’S UNDISPUTED: I will have a whole lot to say about the way Ime Udoka called out LeBron for crying and being soft and a fake tough guy. Can you imagine any coach ever daring to speak to Michael Jordan that way? NEVER EVER. And LeBron is the GOAT??? LOL,” he tweeted.

It was a debatable moment when James and Udoka had a verbal exchange for a few seconds. The referee issued both of them technicals over it. Since it was Udoka’s second one in the game, he was shown the door. The incident brings back-references to these two titans’ clashes when Udoka was an NBA player.

Both played it off after the game. Udoka claimed that the referees misunderstood their conversation and James joked it was something akin to Thanksgiving family banter. The sportscaster’s social media followers are wary of what he has to say on the next episode of Undisputed.

He’s saying that very few would dare to take shots at Michael Jordan. Though there have been instances and Jordan has taken them “personally.”
