The recently held Nike World Basketball Festival saw many young stars put on a show in the Big Apple. From illustrious names in the game, such as Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Kidd, to musicians like Travis Scott and Lil Yachty, the turnout for the event was star-studded. One of the young stars on show was Scottie Pippen and Larsa Pippen’s 18-year-old son, Justin, who was showered with love by his mother on Instagram.

The Chicago Bulls legend and the Real Housewives of Miami star were married for over twenty years and have four children together. Despite going separate ways, they have been effectively co-parenting their kids, Scottie Pippen Jr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia.

Larsa shares her love for Justin frequently, calling him her twin. She believes in being best friends with her children first, and her relationship with Justin is no different. It was on full show as Larsa shared her affection for her youngest son in her recent Instagram story.

The 49-year-old reshared Justin’s latest post from his own Instagram profile, in which he can be seen on the basketball court at the Nike World Basketball Festival, calling him ?my (heart)? in her story. His father was also spotted making an appearance, but his mother had missed out on attending the event at New York?s Lincoln Center.

Larsa has always put family first and ensured that her kids remain her top priority. Seeing as she is currently dating Michael Jordan?s son, Marcus Jordan, her children have a jovial relationship with the 32-year-old Jordan as well.?

Nevertheless, the 18-year-old continues to impress as he looks to carry his 6x NBA champion father’s legacy forward.

Scottie Pippen’s influence on his youngest son is clear as Justin grows up. He has begun to display shades of his father?s skill at basketball, and his mother is nothing but encouraging of his prowess. His whole family has oriented itself around the sport, and both his brothers play basketball as well.

Like his older brother Preston before him, the eighteen-year-old is already a player in the Junior NBA with the Sierra Canyon Trail Blazers and has around 65,000 followers on Instagram. Justin also plays for a team called the Stockton Soldiers in the Amateur Athletic Union. It’ll be interesting to see if he can follow in his legendary father’s footsteps.
