Despite retiring, Charles Barkley is busy throughout the course of the NBA season. After all, he diligently serves his duties as a basketball analyst on TNT’s Inside the NBA alongside Shaquille O’Neal. Turns out, Barkley has been enjoying his much-deserved time off this postseason. The 1993 NBA MVP was seen gushing over his massive achievement on the golf course. After Steph’s incredible hole-in-one last weekend, fans are curious about what Chuck has now accomplished.

He was recently showing off his much improved and impressive golfing form when he also achieved quite a rare feat.

Sir Charles took part in the American century championship where he achieved something massive on the final day of the tournament. Turns out, the Olympic gold medalist has made some massive strides in his golf swing. He was seen giving his take on his personal achievement.

There are many NBA stars of the current and past generations who often take part in golf tournaments. Seems like the NBA Hall of Famer is quite proficient in the game of golf too.

Charles Barkley said, “I’m not used to make birdies. I knew I was gonna play well though. I finished up really strong yesterday.”

He added excitedly, ” First time birdie birdie my whole life.”

It’ll be interesting to see where the Phoenix Suns legend ranks amongst the NBA’s golfing stars. Certainly, Steph stands on top of that hill right now.

The Warriors’ no. 30 also immersed himself in the game after bowing out of the NBA playoffs earlier this year.

Recently, he made an incredible 18-foot putt to clinch his American Century championship. The hole-in-one shot was as iconic as Steph’s celebration of the moment. This is Curry’s first tournament victory and he was certainly excited.

In fact, his incredible shot had NBA and NFL stars howling on the internet!

Curry said, “I’ve been playing in this tournament for almost a decade and now I’ve got some hardware to show for it. It’s pretty special.” Since the three-point god wasn’t able to get his hands on an NBA title this year, his golf victory might serve as a consolation prize.
