Currently, two rap beefs are the most talked about in the entire world. One is Drake vs Kendrick Lamar, and the other is Shaquille O’Neal vs Shannon Sharpe. One might be an exaggeration, but we will leave that for you to decide. On the latest episode of Flagrant, comedian and actor Andrew Schulz dissected both the beefs, and decided on the winner.

The episode started with Schulz apologizing and crowned the music producer as the Dr Dre of this generation. “The greatest musical producer of Our Generation, Metro Boomin, ” calling BBL Drizzy the ultimate winner in the entire beef.

He burst into laughter and couldn’t control his emotions, while saying he wasn’t biased towards Shaq, because of their friendship. Hyping Shaquille O’Neal even more, he said, “Shaq the m*******king goat the most dominant ever I love you Shaq.” Even went on to compare DJ Shaq to Metro,” Yo remember what I said about Metro earlier I feel that way about Shaq now. Shaq might be the greatest musician in history. Shaq you got the best opinions you’re the best at basketball.” The comedian humorously ended by saying he would only support the NFL legend when Shannon would say nice and beautiful things.

Beef Origin and Shannon Sharpe’s reply

The Pro Football Hall of Famer and the NBA Hall of Famer have never seen eye to eye. It escalated this month when they disagreed over the MVP winner. Shaq has maintained Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the natural choice for 2024 NBA MVP which was bagged by Nikola Jokic for the third time. On Nightcap, Sharpe not only toed the line of the dissenting NBA community who called Shaq a hater of big men, but also accused O’Neal of being envious of Jokic’s career. O’Neal went ballistic in a series of social media posts against him and dropped a diss track on May 10.

Shannon Sharpe responded via People. “I mean, I don’t have no problem with Shaq,” Sharpe said in the spirit of taking the high road. “He said what he said, I’m ready to move on.”

Since Shannon Sharpe is in no mood to continue the beef, the rap battle seems to be over. But comedian Andrew Schulz will forever be Team Shaquille O’Neal and had a final response in jest. “Shaq we got so much in common that you don’t even realize. I’m telling you we are one and the same my brother, we are one and the same they changed the game because of us. No Shaq, Shaq’s a f*****g man uh Shannon out of his goddamn mind.”
