Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan: the two names that have been dominating the world of sports and entertainment for quite some time now. Both of them share an indirect connection with the NBA. While one is the ex-wife of Scottie Pippen, the other is the son of Chicago Bulls legend, Michael Jordan. Ever since they made their relationship official in January, they have constantly been in the public eye, with fans staying up to date regarding any fresh developments. As rumors are circulating that the couple may be ready to take the next step, a discussion over Larsa’s legal victory against her ex has surfaced on the internet.

At the end of June, news broke out that sent shockwaves throughout the world of sports. A court order signed by a judge issued the ruling that Larsa Pippen would be receiving half of Scottie Pippen’s $471,000 Bulls’ Retirement fund for life. Now, millionaire rapper Spice 1 gave his two cents on the whole ordeal.

Robert Lee Greene Jr., more popularly known as Spice 1, recently sat down for an interview with DJ Vlad. The conversation kicked off with the interviewer highlighting the shocking news, claiming that Larsa has been awarded “half of Scottie Pippen’s retirement from the NBA”. The information sent the rapper into disbelief, during which all he could muster to say was a “damn”.

Eventually, the millionaire rapper recovered and said that things like these are the reasons he ain’t married. “Even if I got two cents and I worked that hard for it…..I mean damn,” said Spice 1 during the interview.

When the rapper asked the interviewer whether Larsa had any money before she met the Bulls player, he replied that he “doubt(ed) it” since she was quite young at that point in time.

“They want her to live the same life she was living when they was married type sh*t, you know,” Spice 1 added during the interview. “He gonna have to give up half of that.” The rapper concluded by sharing his opinion on the subject by letting out a loud “WOW”.

While the couple has no shortage of detractors, they seem to be going strongly. So much so that there are rumors about Marcus possibly popping the question to The Real Housewives of Miami star.

Is the wedding season approaching for Larsa and Marcus?

While Larsa may not have been content with her previous marriage, she reportedly seems to have found happiness with the son of the 6x NBA champion. Despite not having received His Airness’s approval, the couple seems to be as happy as anyone. This has led to people speculating whether it won’t be too long until they will take the next step.

It all began when Larsa and Marcus were seen coming out of a restaurant in West Hollywood. When a TMZ reporter asked Marcus about a wedding possibility, he replied back with a smile, “We’re looking for a location”. When asked about a potential date, Marcus replied, “It’s in the works”. A few hours after the incident took place, Larsa shared a picture of the pair on Instagram with the caption “It’s In the works”.

The indication from both sides of the coin has fueled excitement amongst fans that the controversial couple, who share an age difference of 16 years, may soon be looking to tie the knot. For now, however, the news remains in a cloud of speculation.
