Fortunately, Larsa Pippen was not at her Miami mansion when the burglary attempt took place. The RHOM star was ever so vigilant, and her quick actions played a key role in the police catching the assailants. The mother of four has also secured more protection after the incident on Sunday afternoon. Three suspects had traveled from Georgia to Florida and attempted to break into Pippen’s home. They smashed windows in an attempt to gain entry, but the break-in failed. The suspects never actually entered the home because the alarm was triggered and the police were alerted immediately.

The suspects fled when the alarm sounded. Even though the RHOM star wasn’t at home, she remained vigilant, monitoring the situation via surveillance cameras, contacting the police, and providing real-time updates as it unfolded. Her actions helped authorities respond quickly and catch the suspects. TMZ has confirmed three men: Treison Lache Booker, 23; Cortez Daymon Johnson, 23; and Elijah Eugene Russell, 18, are facing several charges, including attempted burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, resisting without violence, and criminal mischief.
They tried to drive away from the scene but crashed into another car and a fence. All three were quickly captured after a short chase. Since the 51-year-old was alerted remotely, Pippen called 911 to report the break-in. Once the police arrived at the scene, the suspects were attempting to flee in a Hyundai Tucson.

“Earlier today, three individuals from out of state were apprehended after attempting to break into a house,” the Pinecrest Police Department posted on Facebook. “They fled from responding officers who arrived within minutes. With the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office and Coral Gables Police, the suspects were swiftly contained and apprehended. One subject was located by an MDSO K9, while another was captured by Pinecrest and Gables officers. The third suspect was apprehended by a Pinecrest supervisor as he attempted to run from the perimeter.”
For now, Larsa Pippen has not publicly spoken about the incident, but her next steps are already underway.
Larsa Pippen’s instant measures to avoid a similar tragedy
The $12 million mansion already has an advanced security system, including bulletproof windows. This made the break-in extremely difficult, as the three perpetrators never managed to enter. While Larsa Pippen is silent, a source close to the situation reportedly said that the RHOM star is “fine.”
Pippen also appreciated the police department’s “amazing” response. Since then, the 51-year-old has hired two 24-hour armed security guards for both inside and outside the home. Further reports added that she is also looking into getting a guard dog, possibly a German Shepherd.
As for the house’s condition, the police report indicates that Pippen’s sliding doors sustained “multiple impact marks,” resulting in about $1 million in damage. CCTV footage she provided to the authorities shows the suspects smashing the glass with a “large blunt object.” Again, a disaster was averted as neither Pippen nor her children were inside the mansion. She was at her Miami high-rise apartment, where she keeps her valuables, and is reportedly staying there following the scary incident.
