Shaquille O’Neal has achieved quite a lot throughout the course of his life. After winning four NBA titles, he’s showing his versatility by dominating the television game. The ‘Big Diesel’ has donned the hat of a basketball personality since retiring from the NBA. O’Neal was busy throughout the course of the regular season and the playoffs covering the games on his show NBA on TNT.

One will agree that the 51-year-old should enjoy some well-deserved bed rest. But not according to his trainer, as he pulled out a brutal prank on the Hall of Famer as he caught him lacking. As it turns out, his trainer has some other plans as he intends to bring the basketball legend back to his physical best.

Trainer rattles Shaquille O’Neal’s cage
Having a net worth of around $400 million allows O’Neal to have the services of some of the best professionals in the world. He has hired a legendary bodybuilder. Rashid Shabazz is an American IFBB Pro and is currently helping Shaq to get in his best shape.
Turns out Shabazz will go to any extent to keep Shaq in shape as he recently pulled a brutal prank on the four-time champion.

Shabazz said, “He’s supposed to be working out. This must be working out. Look at this guy, I’ll wake him up.” He revealed that instead of working out, Shaq was lying on his sofa. Shabazz poured some freezing water on the seven-foot giant. The former MVP was shell-shocked. One might describe what Shabazz did to his famous client as ballsy. Not many will dare to prank Shaq and pour water on him.

Shaquille O’Neal opens up on his health struggles
Four-time champion Shaquille O’Neal once in an interview opened up about maintaining his massive physique. Shaq said, “280 is too skinny. I was 401. I was 379 when I beat Spice in a shirt-off competition. I went into the hospital at 375. Way below 375 right now. 350 is the goal weight but if I don’t see the eight-pack, I’m a take it even lower.”
The Hall of Famer took up bodybuilding in order to beat death. He knew the dangers of being overly obese and decided to take the matter into his own hands. It’s rather inspiring to see the ‘Big Diesel’ working on himself years after bidding farewell to basketball.
