Carmelo Anthony‘s ex-wife, La La Anthony, will soon join Jake Gyllenhaal and more with her latest contract. After her VJ career, the 41-year-old is well into making a space for herself in Hollywood. She is well known for her roles in Think Like a Man and more. For better opportunities and a more impactful presence in the film industry, the actress inked a new deal with a Hollywood-based entertainment company.

As per an article by the Hollywood Reporter, the actress will be repped by WME, William Morris Endeavor. During the last change of ownership of the brand, it was valued at $10 billion. This new partnership will help La La expand her career and secure more significant roles and production opportunities. At the same time, she will continue to work with her previous agency, Untitled Entertainment, and attorney Renee Farrell. 

Recently, Anthony has been in talks about her power potential after her stunning work in Power, the BMF (Black Mafia Family) series, and more. She has produced a movie directed by famed director Brett Ratner as well.

She also produced Mike Tyson’s award-winning documentary, Tyson. This documentary was included in the 2009 Cannes Film Festival too. La La’s Full Court Wedding gained massive popularity after its launch. The mother of one was also an executive producer of this initiative, which focused on her life after marrying a basketball player. Along with her passion for movies, the actress makes sure to manage her business too.

It’s safe to say that the actress is a successful entrepreneur. Just two years after her marriage to former NBA player Carmelo Anthony in 2010, she started her own beauty care brand, Motives Cosmetics. In association with her business partner Amber Ridinger and two more, the brand is under the parent company, Market America. Apart from that, she also owns a haircare line called ‘Inala.’ Both her books, The Love Playbook and The Power Playbook, were best sellers.

Furthermore, she boasts a partnership deal with the candy brand ‘Pause Now, Hustle Later.’ Just last year, she joined hands with Airbnb as their creative advisor. As per her new job, the actress will help arrange partnership deals with influencers, major events, and more.
