Charles Barkley on the TNT desk has harshly criticized players for low performance. But he always points out when the criticism turns to unnecessary hate. One such issue that has divided a lot of opinions was because of a documentary. The Dynasty: New England Patriots released earlier this year shed light on the dominance of the Patriots. But the main issue that people took notice of was that the coach Bill Belichick was shown in a bad light. The team’s star player Tom Brady and owner Robert Kraft seemed to have some issues which the fans picked up.

Barkley had heard enough at this point and wanted to stop the hate train. He claimed that he had been patient and “not blowing my gasket” on The Steam Room Podcast with Ernie Johnson. Chuck said, ” That documentary The Dynasty people stabbing that man in the back I’ve had enough of the Bill Belichick hate you guys. See this is why people drive me crazy. The guy is the greatest greatest pro football coach ever. Nick Saban is the greatest college coach ever. Why y’all have to dump on the dude cause he didn’t finish up great with the Patriots?

Charles Barkley spoke about Belichick’s achievement so people understand the importance of a good coach. Belichick won 6 Super Bowls and was part of 9 finals. Yet people tend to misunderstand the coach due to one personality trait according to Barkley. He said, ” Is he kissy and snuggly? No. Does he rub people the wrong way? Yes, that’s got nothing to do with you doing your job..

Charles Barkley continues his rant in favor of his friend Belichick

Acknowledging that the 72-year-old is his friend, Barkley still doesn’t think dumping hate on him is justified. Instead, Belichick should receive his flowers since he is the greatest coach ever, according to Barkley. But Chuck was more upset with the owner Robert Kraft. Since he is also friends with Kraft, he didn’t like the way Belichick was treated in the documentary.

Barkley said “And I have a sit back, I’ve been very patient because all these nobodies trying to be somebody’s. I’m disappointed in the Krafts, Robert Kraft is a friend of mine. I’m disappointed that he feels the need to be crapping on Bill. Just say ‘thank you for making me making my franchise the greatest franchise probably in, in the NFL history.'”
