Since his arrival, Stephen Curry at 35 is not the oldest player on the roster. Physically, he’s still in his prime and retirement is far from the horizon for The Chef.
Draymond Green and Klay Thompson are also over 30 and in their 12th seasons. Despite these powerhouses on the team, Barkley sees no hope for them.

His take on their age is only the latest in his commentary on them. He opened Inside the NBA this season by ranking the Warriors as the worst team in California after the Lakers, Kings, and Clippers.
“Old people don’t get better, they just get older. I just don’t like their team going forward,” Barkley explained his reasons on the show.
