Basketball player Nick Young has played five years with the Washington Wizards. He was selected as the 16th overall pick by the team in 2007. However, the player isn’t very fond of the franchise. For the Wizards, things haven’t been very pleasant so far.  With a record of 2-10, the team suffered a 120-99 defeat against the New York Knicks in their third NBA In-Season Tournament match. This marks the Wizards’ fifth consecutive loss, intensifying fan dissatisfaction.

Amidst the team’s evident struggle, Young shared a cryptic message. He wrote, “Surviving the wizards documentary coming soon.”

Back in 2011, Young signed a 1-year deal with the Wizards. This was better than signing him to a longer extension of his rookie deal. Although it was expected for him to stay on the team, the qualifying offer suggests the team may not have a strong desire to keep the player for an extended period. Following that, things haven’t worked out well with the Young and the Wizards. The player even mentioned how he hated the team. Nevertheless, the team also made a jab at the player.

Apart from that, the player doesn’t hold any grudge against any Wizards players. However, back in 2017, the franchise took a hilarious dig at the player. 

During his time with the Los Angeles Lakers, the player was in a relationship with Australian singer Iggy Azalea. However, their relationship fell apart after the player was caught cheating. The situation escalated after the news of Young having a child with ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green surfaced. It was quite a scene when someone from the franchise played one of Azalea’s songs, ‘Fancy’ in the background of Young’s game.
