The privilege denied to Dennis Rodman

However, talking about Dennis Rodman, he has a history with Cuban too. During his stint with the Dallas Mavericks in 2000, Cuban denied him a special privilege. After he signed Rodman to the Mavs, Cuban offered his guest house as a living space for Rodman. He wanted to make him feel right at home in Dallas.

Unfortunately, Rodman engaged in a long-standing feud with then-NBA Commissioner David Stern. The feud escalated, and Rodman believed that Cuban was forced to ask him to leave the guest house as a result of his dispute with Stern. Cuban maintained a friendly relationship with Rodman. However, he couldn’t overlook potential violations of salary cap rules. Eventually, it led to Rodman’s departure from the guest house.
