42-YO Dwyane Wade Flashes His Ripped Body on the Beach Only to Pass Humble Brag

After almost 5 years away and 42 years of age, Dwyane Wade still seems to be in terrific shape. But what fans may consider terrific seems to be not enough for the NBA icon. The 3x NBA champion has gone shirtless in a beach photo he shared on his official social media handle. Wade uploaded an Instagram story featuring his ripped body and quite a modest caption.

“IN MY OUT OF SHAPE SEASON,” he wrote. Despite crossing 40, Dwyane has quite a physique with even visible abs in the photo. It is worth mentioning that Dwayne Wade has always been a promoter of a healthy physique and body positivity. In 2023, he issued a Wade Workout Challenge. It was aimed at promoting fitness goals with 6 exercises.

While the 1st exercise was backward walking on the treadmill, the 2nd exercise was the same, but with weights. The 3rd and 4th exercises included 3 sets of pushups and pullups, respectively. The last two exercises included 3 sets of ab-raises and 3 sets of ab-twists. The Miami Heat icon issued the challenge on TikTok, featuring him doing all the six exercises mentioned above.

Notably, basketball players prioritizing their physical fitness is not something new. In fact, it is widely considered that NBA players often surpass athletes from other fields of sports in terms of physical prowess.

It is all about continuous sprints from one end of the court to another, involving frequent explosive bursts of energy.
