It’s not easy to please the youngest member of the Wade family. Even when Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle planned a beautiful trip with their daughter, she was less than impressed. They went to the North Fork beaches, but the youngest showed no enthusiasm in the photo. Later, she was even more disappointed when her parents couldn’t sing the classic Christmas Carol. But the latest move by D-Wade and his wife will definitely cheer her up.

On his Instagram stories, the Heat legend showcased his and Union’s efforts towards helping the Girl Scouts of the USA. “Hey, Girl Scout cookies, got to make sure we got and we support little kids.” The 3x NBA champion then asked his wife to take a few boxes from his hand, but she had a witty reply. “You are not getting these back.” Right after saying this, Union quickly moved out of the frame. And in his next story, Dwyane Wade shared how hard their daughter Kaavia was working.

“She’s serious 😆 ‘Girl Scout‘,” he wrote, sharing a clip of his daughter, keenly working her stand. But the seriousness apparently didn’t last long, as she took off before time. The Heat icon reported, “She took a early lunch break.” However, it turns out that the 6-year-old had already collected a few badges before taking her well-deserved break. In fact, Gabrielle Union encouraged her daughters and her friends further: “Well you just started, you will have more badges.”

The Girl Scouts, through this process, are able to learn about entrepreneurial prowess, money making and decision making amongst other things. So, it’s nice to see Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle support their daughter by grabbing a few for themselves. But it’s not easy being in Kaavia’s good books.

As stated before, the couple with their youngest went for a family trip. Naturally, one would smile and be happy about spending time with loved ones. But that’s not how Kaavia James Wade felt. Union shared how her daughter really felt and joked about the entire experience – which ended up more an ordeal than a vacay. She shared a snap on her IG story and wrote, “@kaaviajames 😂😆😂 She wishes we were in Hawaii 😂😂.”

She further joked how this experience will stay with her daughter. “This is definitely gonna be a therapy session in about 20 years.” Judging her parents slightly, Kaavia kept her face nearly hidden in her pink puff jacket. “Kaavs face is classic.” But they made it up by getting her a Hello Kitty-themed present – a gift she really liked.

So, from not liking the destination to absolutely hating on their Christmas carol singing skills, Dwyane Wade’s efforts somewhat cheered his daughter over the holidays. And the doting parents are continuing to support and fulfil the little girl – like this time via the Girl Scout mission.
