Excuse my language, everybody, but I was in the dentist waiting for him for six hours. Six hours! This is the man who I got to know, who’s grown into a fashion icon, a leader, an entrepreneur, and a father,” Former running mate and Heat VP, Udonis Haslem, explained the journey of Dwyane Wade. The boy from Chicago had multiple cavities when he arrived but now is a full-blown fashionista. So, naturally for the statue unveiling event, the 3x NBA Champion did something unique.

Watch What’s Trending Now!

First of all, he wore a custom Prada suit and styled his entire jewelry with the help of a $7.3 billion brand. Tiffany & Co. provided Dwyane Wade with a ring, an earring, a brooch, and a watch. Jason Bolden, Creative Director and Co-Founder, JSN Studio, who has styled the Heat legend previously, uploaded an Instagram story that provided a glimpse of all these pieces. Further, he even shared a video of Wade posing in front of his statue and wrote, “@dwyanewade In Custom @prada & @tiffanyandco.”

The interesting thing about the watch is the 32 mm Round Watch in Rose Gold with Diamonds and is listed under women’s watches. Currently, it is available for $37,000. We all know how afraid Dwyane Wade was previously went it comes to painting his nails. But now he understands himself better and is not afraid of judgment from other people. That’s why the  $37,000 women’s watch is not a surprise. Similarly, he does not pay any heed to negative comments about his statue.

The unveiling left a feeling of mixed emotions for the fans, as the statue did not resemble ‘The Flash.’ The backlash from the fans has been loud, but Dwyane Wade is celebrating the event and surreal moment with his loved ones. A week ago too, the Heat legend was styled alongside his wife by Tiffany and Co.

So it’s not new for Dwyane Wade to flaunt Tiffany & Co. and he did the same at the statue event. The brooch was an Elsa Peretti Amapola brooch which ranges from $5,500 to $38,000 as different customization of 18k gold, yellow gold, yellow gold and diamond are available. His ring from the event is believed to be Tiffany Titan by Pharrell Williams’ Five-row Ring, which costs $16,500.
