Charles Barkley has had enough! Recently, he left fans amused by declaring his dissatisfaction with the revered actor Michael B. Jordan during an episode of the Steam Room podcast. Fortunately, he didn’t leave listeners hanging and went on to share the reason behind his good-natured grievance. Turning the mysterious declaration into a lighthearted moment, Chuck even left his co-host Ernie Johnson baffled.

Last year, Barkley and his co-host Johnson celebrated a noteworthy milestone, reaching their 100th episode of the show, with widespread viewership. The duo continues to captivate audiences with their engaging dynamic. Their most recent episode saw Creed actor Jordan join the two for the show. However, before Johnson could welcome him, Barkley humorously announced his discontent with Jordan. “I’m a little mad at him.”

Surprisingly, Barkley shared that he was mad at Jordan because of his title as “the sexiest man alive.” While seemingly a lighthearted joke, Barkley intended to admire the actor. Not so surprisingly, the 11 x NBA All-Star always has his unique way of expressing his opinion. 

The 36-year-old actor was named the ‘sexiest man alive’ in a November issue in 2020 by People’s magazine. Barkley has always praised and appreciated Jordan, though. The Philadelphia 76ers legend is truly loyal to his choice of the Black Panther and Creed star. He didn’t even hesitate to choose him over 2022’s sexiest man.

Charles Barkley admires Michael B. Jordan

Back in 2022, Chris Evans earned the coveted title of the sexiest man alive. However, for the NBA legend, such titles pale in comparison to his favorite. On an episode of the Steam Room podcast, Barkley declared his favorite, naming Jordan over Evans.

Showing his genuine admiration, Barkley also shared the reason with his co-hosts. “Michael B. Jordan, first of all, he got a serious body,” Sir Charles said. “That’s a good body right there. He’s a good-looking man, but he got a great body. That’s a nice tux there too.”
