Wilt Chamberlain’s oldest uniform valued at $4.9 million
Recently, one of Chamberlain’s oldest jerseys soared past its estimated value at an auction. It was ultimately sold at $4.9 million, making it the third most expensive game jersey ever sold. While Kobe Bryant’s autographed jersey has a record of $5.8 million, Jordan’s 1998 NBA Finals sneakers were valued at $10.1 million at Sotheby’s. However, there is another piece from Chamberlain’s career that gained notable value.
Chamberlain’s oldest uniform from his rookie year with the Philadelphia 76ers collected a handsome amount of $1.79 million at the SCP auctions in June this year.
