“That moment ‘my routine’ becomes ‘our routine.'” A young daughter finding her way to her mother’s dresser is not a new incident. And just like every other young rockstar trying to find her own identity, Kaavia is no different. And just like any other mother, Gabrielle Union also knows how special this moment is. A few months ago, Kaavia started using her mother’s haircare essentials sneakily, which meant that the bottles were completely used up. While Union used it to promote her brand then, now, when it was time for the six-year-old to get her hair done, the Bring It On actress added another reel.

In the video, Dwyane Wade was also present when the youngest child got her hair trimmed. Gabrielle Union said, “Mommy pays a lot of money to have a wig like that.” Then she asked her husband about their daughter’s new look. “This is beautiful. So beautiful,” said the Heat legend. Seeing the father-daughter bond, Union exclaimed, “Oh Kaav 🥹, look at your hair!

The post also had a unique caption, “forever your protectHER ♥️.” Even the co-founder of the 52-year-old’s hair brand Flawless, was hyped for the six-year-old. Larry Sims, a household name in the beauty care industry, commented, “Princess Kaav 4 The WIN!!!! 🏆 ❤️👑.” Last month, they even brought the Hollywood-style Sims experience to customers.

So Gabrielle Union’s partnership helped Kaavia and made her happy. But it’s very difficult to please the youngest member of the Wade-Union clan.

For Christmas, Dwyane Wade, Union, and their youngest were off to North Fork beaches. Sounds like a great destination right? But not for Kaavia. She had another destination in mind. In one of the photos, she was staring at the ground with a face that screamed pure dissatisfaction.

That’s when Gabrielle Union shared the real location of her daughter’s choice. “@kaaviajames 😂😆😂 She wishes we were in Hawaii 😂😂.” Seeing her daughter dissatisfied, the Bad Boys II star added, “This is definitely gonna be a therapy session in about 20 years.” Even if the destination for not apt to Kaavia’s liking, the parents make it up by giving her the right gift

But during the holidays, that was not the only time when the 6-year-old was upset with her parents. She couldn’t believe her parents didn’t know the lyrics for The 12 Days of Christmas. “You can learn the words with this song,” Kaavia says as her mother struggles to sing the song. So, now people know how difficult it is to please the youngest member of the family. But at least she liked her recent hairstyle.
