Speaking of weird swings, it reminds one of NBA legend, Charles Barkley, who got criticized for his unusual swing.

Michael Jordan talks about Barkley’s strange golf swing

Even the 11-time NBA All-Star’s friend turned rival shared his opinion on it. Michael Jordan, in an animated conversation with Barkley and Oprah Winfrey, spoke on his friend’s strange swing. He asked the talk-show host if she has seen Barkley’s performance at golf through laughter.

Well, then the legend’s performance was showcased on live television in 2005.

Winfrey asked the players if they would like to see the video of Barkley’s swing. Recalling his friend’s odd swing, Jordan replied, “No no please.”

During the same conversation, Sir Charles revealed how MJ would no longer play golf with him. MJ was so ‘traumatized’ by Barkley’s swing that he vowed to never play with him again.

Nevertheless, the Round Mound of Rebound has constantly worked hard to present his best version during the game. He has benefitted a lot from his training session with coach Stan Utley. 18 years later, there seems to be some video proof backing the same!

Recently, a famed golf analyst Brad Faxon’s Instagram post gave an intriguing insight into Barkley’s practice. With that, people quickly jumped in to investigate his game. One of the users thinks that “He Needs Major Help.”

However, another individual believed it was “Pretty damn good Fax!!”

Another user investigated the game really well and said, “Still wristy but looking smoother.”

Due to Brad’s reputation, some believed, “If Fax can’t save him, it’s in God’s hands.”

A golfer even shared an important piece of advice. They wrote, “Finger needs to come off the shaft. Will always have a consistency problem with speed forever.”

Some do believe that there is an improvement to see. After all, “He’s been working with @stanutley. It should be looking good.
