When it comes to all-time scoring, few could top MJ. In fact, only one man in NBA history has achieved more 40-point games than Mike; the legendary Wilt?the Stilt?Chamberlain. So, the big question on every fan’s mind is how many more games does Curry need to snatch the top spot? Well, of course, 11 40-point outings would get him there. But, based on his record thus far, how long would it take Steph to amass 11 more 40-point games?

Calculating from his current scoring rate of the 9x NBA All-Star player which is 6.15 games per 40-point performance, Curry will have to tally 12 more 40-point performances to overtake MJ. To eclipse Jordan’s record, he’ll have to maintain this impressive pace over the course of the next 73 games.
