While neither the sellers nor the couple have commented on the deal, it seems this house is destined to be the perfect retreat for D-Wade and Gab. Spanning 3,500 square feet, the property includes three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional study/guest room.

The design of the house doesn’t disappoint either. With soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, and walls of glass that invite natural light, the space perfectly frames its stunning water views. The outdoor spaces are just as inviting, with a screened porch, waterfront deck, outdoor shower, and hot tub to complete the serene atmosphere. Set on 0.47 acres with a private beach and its own generator, this house is a perfect mix of peace, luxury, and practicality.

Who are the sellers of this stunning beach house?

The previous owners of the property are Julie Satow, a New York Times-bestselling author, and her husband, Stuart Elliott, the CEO and editor-in-chief of the real estate news outlet Real Deal. The couple bought the house back in 2016 for $600,000, but as their family grew, they realized the cabin needed a serious facelift. To make it work for their two kids, they decided to give it a complete overhaul, transforming it into a modern gem.

Originally built on the site of a 1940s cottage, Eric Liftin from Mesh Architectures designed and custom-built the home in 2020. Jennifer Bunsa of Bunsa Studio was behind the sleek interiors. However, the designers nailed it despite it was during the pandemic. It now lands the Wade family’s hands, who know how to wear some luxury and leisure well.

D-Wade and Gab’s current House

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union have found the perfect home for their family in California, and it’s more than just a place to live—it’s a sanctuary for their daughter, Zaya. As D-Wade explained to Parents, “There are a lot of reasons we decided California was best for our family and finding a community for Zaya was a big part of that.” The couple felt that California would be a place where Zaya could “blossom and grow.”
