Neither Shaquille O’Neal‘s good deeds go unnoticed, nor Kenny Smith’s romantic getaway with his rumored love interest.  Just last year, he made headlines after his rumored relationship with a Brazilian supermodel.

Is Kenny Smith dating supermodel, Aline Bernardes? 

It all began when the retired NBA player was enjoying some time off from his usual job at TNT. As per an article and photos by TMZ, Smith was seen basking in the sunshine on Miami Beach with Aline Bernardes. The two were first spotted together on May 4, 2023, and seemed to enjoy each other’s company. Since the NBA veteran hadn’t been linked to anyone romantically since his divorce in 2018, the pictures quickly sparked interest from fans on social media. Not only fans and netizens but also Smith’s colleagues took notice. 

The influencer is reportedly 34 years old and has a young son. She often posts adorable pictures of her son on her Instagram. Bernardes has previously walked for swimwear brand Hot Miami Styles. Viewers of a TV series called Miss Bumbum Brazil may recognize her. The duo were once again spotted together at a Miami beach in June.  While the relationship between the two isn’t confirmed, fans aren’t dismissing it easily.

Soon after Smith’s picture went viral, Ernie Johnson made a hilarious question during a segment of Inside the NBA seemingly taking a dig at the 59-year-old. He asked the crew if they had any weekend vacation pictures. In response, Charles Barkley joked that he had “one of Kenny” which was most likely the Jet’s Miami Beach pictures.

Before that, the NBA veteran was married to Gwendolyn Osborne. 

A brief on Kenny Smith’s past relationships

Smith met English model Gwendolyn Osborne in 2004 at a charity event. After dating the model for a few years, the two tied the knot in 2006. Smith shares two children with the model, a son named Malloy and a daughter, London. The actress and model is well known for her role in the American game show, The Price is Right. Osborne was in the show for 12 years from 2005 to 2017. Apart from being an actress, she is also a CEO and one of the members of the board of directors at She is Hope LA. While the reason isn’t revealed to the public, the two got divorced in 2018. 

The Atlanta Hawks legend’s first wife is best known for her contribution as the director and writer of the film All for You. Dawn Reavis and Smith got married on July 10, 1990. Smith shares two children with Reavis, named Kenneth and Kayla. After fifteen more years, the two chose to part ways on May 5, 2005. The director is currently married to All for You producer Reginald Paul Martin.

The NBA analyst has contributed ten years of his life playing in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks, Houston Rockets, Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, and Denver Nuggets. With his job as an NBA Analyst, he has earned a net worth of $22 million. He’s had an impressive resume winning two back-to-back championship titles with the Rockets.
