Let’s throw it back to last year’s video of ex-NBA player Joe Smith getting mad at his wife, Kisha Chavis, for making an OnlyFans account without informing him to go popular. Smith did not mention the clip on social media ever since it came out.
Yet, not long ago, Smith had an interview with Brandon Scoop B Robinson; he talked about what happened with her wife’s OnlyFans account.

After being the No. 1 pick in the 1995 NBA Draft and not having a job in 2011, he turned miserable during this period.
While Joe Smith got amazing responses from people after his wife’s Onlyfans disclosure, in the interview, Smith claimed, “All of that was going on. Oh man I thought I just got drafted again.”
People supported him though. Everyone wanted to meet and have a talk with Smith on their shows. He continued, “I’ve been getting uh I got hit up with a lot of uh people wanting me to you know do business with them.”
“And I got hit up with a lot of people wanted me to meet with them and talk to them. You know so um uh the thing about it man is I also got a lot of support.”
Since, after COVID-19 tightened their finances, Kisha took on more employment. She worked side gigs like OnlyFans. This forced her to act on OF and she claimed she did it to improve their lives.

How did Joe Smith get his money in trouble?
The Golden State Warriors picked Smith with the first pick in the 1995 NBA Draft. Smith played in the NBA for 16 years. He did not become the star they had thought he would be.
If someone had participated for that long, they would have made a lot of finances, and Smith did, but he blew every penny away. In 2018, Smith said on “Back in the Game” that even though he had made $61 million in pay, he only got $18 million because the rest was spent on taxes and agency fees.
Much of the $18 million was used to buy new homes for him every time he was traded, but they were sold at a loss after he moved to a new place. Smith also invested a lot of money in cars without thinking about it. His split from his first spouse, Yolanda, in 2011 was expensive because she found him cheating on her.
After getting together with Chavis in 2018, they began spending a lot more than they had. Chavis used to be an adult actor, and her professional name was Yasmine Pendavis.
It came out during the show that they were spending $133,000 a year while only making $26,000 a year. This makes it clear why the two are having a hard time with money and why Chavis started the account.
