From planning to execution

Back in 2006, following Vanoy and Jordan’s divorce, the couple focused on raising their three children. “I thought I’d open my own business. But it was important for me to remain in my kids’ lives as much as possible, even through college. And that required a lot of time,” she further unveiled.

But times have changed, and all three kids are now adults. This meant Vanoy had the opportunity to contribute hours of dedication to her lifelong dream. Welcoming the opportunity with both hands, Vanoy released her luxury online resale boutique, “Juanita Wear.” But her business idea was quite different from other brands.

Juanita Vanoy’s unique business idea

Being a “self-proclaimed shopaholic,” MJ’s ex-wife focused on selling impressive designer clothing, bags, shoes, belts, and some even from her exclusive collection. Still, her brand faces intense competition from big names like the Kardashians and Jenners’ wardrobes. However, the 64-year-old used her innovative self and added to her website, “Every designer item on the Juanita Wear website is 100% authentic and personally purchased by me from high-end stores and designer boutiques around the world and/or sourced from reliable wholesale partners that I work with.

With the increasing availability of luxury items dupes, this aforementioned business practice and Vanoy’s idea have garnered massive attention. Do you know Juanita Vanoy is far more intelligent than you may think?

An unknown chapter in Vanoy’s entrepreneurial journey

So, Juanita Wear is not the only business venture owned by MJ’s ex-wife. Since her marriage with Jordan, Vanoy allegedly has been actively involved in real estate and other investments with her then-husband. From Jordan’s 1984 partnership with Nike to the foundation of a professional motorcycle racing team in 2004, Vanoy has been part of Jordan’s business plan.

However, the specific launch dates for her ventures are not widely publicized as Vanoy likes to keep them private. However, she has been actively managing all her investments since the divorce settlement in 2006. But, now the question is: Will Juanita be able to overcome intense competition from big brands?
