Paul Pierce was not happy to see ESPN’s segment covering the James Harden trade. Pierce shared a clip of the segment on Twitter, posting a part where all the hosts were laughing and talking over each other. This made it extremely hard to understand what anyone was saying.

He wanted everyone to know where the real analysis of the sport was being done and invited everyone to watch the next episode of his and Kevin Garnett’s podcast. He added Suge Knight’s iconic ‘Come to Death Row’ statement from his speech at the 1995 Sources Award.

Paul Pierce was a former employee of ESPN. So it was surprising to see him taking shots at his former employer. He used to feature in segments like this and give his analysis, and now he is using this as an opportunity to promote his own podcast.

Paul Pierce was fired from ESPN

It has been over two years since Paul Pierce departed from ESPN. He had posted a video on social media that went against the policy of the company, which led to him getting fired. But Pierce was not happy during his time at ESPN. So he cared little for his being fired and never apologized for his actions. He revealed that his time with the network was almost done anyway.

After being fired from ESPN, he started a podcast with his friend Kevin Garnett called The Ticket and Truth?on Showtime Basketball.
