Let’s talk about La La Anthony. If there’s one thing she does flawlessly besides slaying every red carpet and bossing up in Hollywood, it’s curating the most elite, ride-or-die circle of friends. This woman doesn’t just have friends, she’s got a whole power roster of iconic women who bring love, laughter, and endless support. From her Kardashian connections to Vanessa Bryant, she has the kind of loyalty money can’t buy. Also, Ciara and her don’t just hang out, they elevate each other.  And when Kelly Rowland enters the chat? The vibes are immaculate. Those viral challenges they do together? Comedy gold. Serena Williams rounds out La La’s squad with that unstoppable boss energy.

However, even with her endless number of connections throughout the Hollywood, there’s one bond that stands out. Her and Kim Kardashian’s Y2K friendship. It dates back to the era of smoky eyes, sidekicks and velour tracksuits. The duo first connected through mutual friends in the entertainment circuit, since then their bond has only grown over the years. From being by Kim’s side in 2011 during her wedding to Kris Humphries, to rocking the Met Gala together since 2019. La La Anthony and Kim Kardashian are THE duo.

Their real-life bond is now going to become must-see TV! The longtime besties are co-producing and starring in Group Chat, a new Hulu comedy inspired by La La’s 2014 book, The Love Playbook. The show follows five powerhouse women in their 40s living their best (and messiest) lives in LA. Currently in the pilot phase, Group Chat promises to serve up all the friendship, drama, and authenticity we love from La La and Kim. La La Anthony even expressed her excitement about it on Instagram, saying, “Group Chat is COMING TO HULU!!!!! Kim Kardashian sent La La Anthony a heartfelt Mother’s Day bouquet with a personal note as fans eagerly await their luxury drama’s premiere. La La posted it on her Instagram story. The note said “La La, it’s really fuck*n hard being a mom, and you are the best at it! Happy mother’s day. XO Kim.” However that wasn’t the only fabulous gift La La received! Even the other Kardashian sister, Khloe, sent her a package of protein packed popcorns from Khloud Foods. Also, last but not the least, Vanessa Bryant sent her the Nike Kobe 9 EM Protro “Mambacita”. It was released on May 1st, in the honor of late Gigi Bryant. It’s safe to say that La La Anthony is surrounded by all the support from her A-list squad.
