With the preparations for Christmas and Thanksgiving in full swing, Charles Barkley has crucial advice for the people. Like two sides of a coin, Chuck and controversy go hand in hand. It was no different this time as well. While, as usual, his opinion might offend some, it can also be life-saving for others. During his latest appearance on the ?The Steam Room? podcast, Barkley shared his take on festive preparations.
Roast turkeys and Thanksgiving pies are an essential. But there are certain elements of the season that do concern the 1993 NBA MVP.?

Charles Barkley?s advice involving chicken turkey
At the beginning of the podcast, both the hosts spoke about the upcoming festivals. While Ernie Johnson seemed elated about Christmas, the Chuckster was worried about a certain aspect of Thanksgiving.?

Charles Barkley is worried about people who set their house on fire while cooking Chicken turkey. As Johnson mentioned his love for turkeys, Chuck noted, ?I actually finally saw that PSA?you know like 10 people a year burn down their house doing Thanksgiving.”
Well, to say that Barkley found that statistic disappointing is an understatement. Sir Charles would then address the people falling victim to such situations. “Listen damn fools – I’m sorry that’s not polite – damn idiots, thaw out your turkey.? ?
Of course, this wasn’t Barkley’s only festive complaint.
He didn’t seem glad with the gift exchange ritual of the holiday season either. Well, isn’t it something that we eagerly anticipate throughout the year?

Does Charles Barkley hate Christmas?
Barkley also stated that if he became the President one day, he would like to stop one famous tradition of Christmas. He said, ?Listen when I’m President of the United States, once you get past 18 you don’t get gifts all right that’s the magic cut-off number okay.?
Over a million people eagerly await Christmas. But Barkley might not be on the list of those excited millions. During the same podcast, Sir Charles added, ?Christmas sucks it’s the worst.?
