Larsa Pippen’s boyfriend caused a stir by teasing fans about their wedding! Whether he intended it as a jest or a sincere statement remained ambiguous. What’s the actress’s take on these speculations? Initially, she responded with disbelief, playfully treating the proposal rumor as a joke. However, in a recent interview, she candidly expressed her views and seemed mindful not to make past mistakes. After her breakup with Marcus Jordan, the actress has been single. Recalling how difficult it is to find a good dating app, Larsa just launched one of the safest options. But there’s a silent yet big acknowledgement loading too!

During the promotional video, she praised how the app, Date.com, has a facial recognition feature that makes it less likely for users to get catfished. It doesn’t store personal details! It seems the actress is looking for the same kind of carefulness in her relationship, too. How? While speaking about her boyfriend Jeff Coby’s comments, Larsa shared that she is happy in her relationship and that they are quite serious about it.

I feel like Jeff and I are kind of the same in that way. We both are traditional in a lot of ways. We both love to be around our family, and I feel like in the past I dated guys that weren’t like that, [they] didn’t necessarily care to spend time with their family [or] weren’t as close to their family as I was. So they thought that [it] was weird that I wanted to always be around my parents or my siblings,” Larsa shared. However, when it came to the wedding part? Ouch!

Larsa shared that it was “probably a joke. Perhaps it’s too soon for the couple to make such a claim, or she doesn’t want to make the same mistake as last time? During the time Larsa dated Marcus, both were quite open about a possible wedding. Marcus claimed the wedding was “in the works,” while Larsa, too, had been quite candid about her thoughts and even changing her name if she were to get married. But “We definitely are serious,” she said. “We love being around each other, and we’re having a good time.”

But things didn’t turn out the way she had hoped. The two broke up early in 2024. It seems that the actress is careful this time. Just a few days ago, she blamed COVID-19 for her mistake!

Why did Larsa Pippen blame COVID?

During her interview on “The Jason Lee Show,” the mother of four was asked about her brief romance with Malik Beasley. She was quick to admit that it was a “mistake.” Larsa agreed with the host, who is also a good friend of hers, that she shouldn’t have gotten involved with the NBA player.

The RHOM actress shared that she met him for the first time that day at the mall. She referred to the viral picture of her holding hands with Beasley at the Miami shopping center back in 2020. When the host urged, the actress blamed COVID.

That was a mistake, but I had COVID. I had COVID brain… I was stuck in my house. I hadn’t gone anywhere. He was there, he was on me like, ‘Let me come see you,’ and I thought, ‘OK, come see me,’” she said. At the time, the former NBA player was married to Montana Yao. Both Larsa and Beasley faced huge backlash when the photos shared by TMZ went viral. Later, the actress shared that Beasley and Yao had already broken up when she was spotted with the former NBA player.

Even after her breakup with Jordan, the mother of four claimed that she would not be dating anyone from the basketball world. Whether it’s dating a basketball player or marriage, the actress is seemingly now much more cautious about her decisions.
