There were three charges levied on the 34-year-old, but one of those charges changed. TMZ Sports made the revelation, “The white substance cops found in Marcus Jordan’s pocket during his DUI arrest was determined to be ket–ine — NOT c–aine.”

The 3 previous charges were DUI, c–aine possession, and also for resisting arrest. So the second charge has changed to possession of ket–ine. Previously, the second son of MJ had to post a bail of $4,000 to get out of the Orange County, Florida, facility. As per the law in Florida, c–aine is a Schedule II dr-g, while ket–ine is part of Schedule III. The potential charges for the latter are far lower than Schedule I or Schedule II. His involvement with the white substance also dates back to August of last year.
