NBA legend Kobe Bryant is still remembered by people around the world, even three years after his unfortunate demise. Fans and many celebrities consider Kobe’s family their own, celebrating their achievements and staying with them during their tough times. Amongst all of them is the woman who herself continues to hold the hearts of millions of people around the world: Taylor Swift. Three weeks after the singer shared a heartfelt moment with her favorite member of the Bryant family, the latter took the spotlight once again as the Dodgers celebrated the Black Mamba and the Los Angeles Lakers.

September 1 was commemorated as ‘Lakers Night’ at the Dodger Stadium as part of the baseball team’s four-game series against the Atlanta Braves.

Bianka Bryant announces the start of a Dodgers Game

The official X handle of the Los Angeles Lakers recently uploaded a clip featuring the Bryant women. This is where the Black Mamba’s youngest daughter, Bianka, took over and made an announcement that led to deafening applause.

With a mic in her hand and her image being projected on the big screen, Bianka exclaimed, “It’s time for Dodgers Baseball.” No sooner had the words left her mouth when the crowd erupted into the loudest cheer of the night. Her mother, Vanessa, took her face in her hands and gave her a kiss on the head.

Mookie Betts and many other Dodgers stars took the occasion to celebrate the late NBA athlete. Before entering the stadium, the baseball player could be seen rocking a T-shirt with Kobe’s face on it. Moreover, the whole team wore Lakers jerseys with 8 and 24 on the back to honor the late NBA icon.

Kobe’s eldest, Natalia Bryant, received the ultimate honor of throwing the first pitch of the game as well. However, Bianka stole the spotlight once again, as she did during a recent Taylor Swift concert.

Taylor Swift has always shared a close bond with Kobe Bryant and his family. Back in August, Vanessa took her daughters to Swift’s Eras Tour Concert, held in Los Angeles. The family stood in the front amongst the loud and ecstatic crowd of Swifties.

A heartwarming moment took place when Swift noticed 6-year-old Bianka and came forward to give her a warm embrace. Smiling over the shoulder, the 33-year-old also gave her ’22’ bowler hat to her young fan.
