What would be your thoughts if you could get the most coveted courtside seats to watch the biggest stars play? In the latest segment of Gilbert Arenas’ show, former NBA point guard Brandon Jennings revealed that he was ready to watch the Dallas Mavericks’ game for a dear price. The team has a dream pair of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, who is taking the game to a whole new level, a sentiment echoed even by esteemed an ESPN analyst.

The show recently got a sponsorship so they were getting a 20% discount on ‘Seat Geek’. That’s when Josiah Johnson asked the others on the show, “If you could have a courtside ticket to watch one player in the league right now who you picking?” While Gilbert Arenas chose Ja Morant and Kenyon Martin chose Anthony Edwards. Brandon Jennings picked Luka Doncic as the one player whose game he would like to see up close. An understandable answer; after all, Doncic has been phenomenal racking up his triple-doubles streak. But, there’s more to it.

One of the best and most skilled men in the league is Doncic’s teammate. As ‘Luka Magic’ is occupied with dishing out 40-point performances for his team, his teammate Kyrie Irving is captivating the world with his versatility. Jennings further explained, “I am gonna go Luka. Because you could have 70 [on] the night. And then Kyrie’s on the court. I am getting both.” Surprised by his answer, ‘Agent Zero’ quipped, “Two for one, Tricky Bas***d.”

It is reported that the floor seats at the American Airlines Center are very expensive. Currently, the hot courtside tickets cost $14,973 to watch the Mavericks, and since Brandon Jennings picked Luka, looks like he’s willing to pay that much and watch him play close.

However, not just Jennings but many would pick the Dallas Mavericks just to witness the power display of one of the most dangerous duos in the league right now.

Stephen A. Smith names Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic as the dangerous duo

ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith is likely to give a similar answer. Irving’s latest left-handed floater over Nikola Jokic‘s outstretched hand to lead the Mavs toward a win over the Nuggets that stunned the world. Numerous, including Damian Lillard and Draymond Green praised Irving for his buzzer beater. With the team’s 107-105 win over the Nuggets, this also marked the 40th time that Luka and Irving have played together.

Smith said, “I’m going to go with Kyrie and Luka [as] the scariest. I didn’t say better.” Smith said on his First Take show. “I know Jokic and Murray are better, but Kyrie and Luka, when you consider what they’re capable of doing. The explosion that’s imminent from game to game, there should be nothing that’s scarier than that because when those two get rolling, you can’t stop them.”

Together, the two excel in pick-and-roll plays and isolation scoring, possessing diverse skills in half-court actions. Both are adept with Doncic’s exceptional passing and Irving’s sharpshooting adding to it. While comparing the duo with Denver Nuggets‘ Jokic and Jamal Murray, Stephen A. Smith picked the former.
