Shaquille O’Neal has the crowd fired up in Kansas City. The larger-than-life legend has always been very serious about his EDM game. He showed the same energy and power at his latest event. As March Madness begins, Shaq once again donned his DJ Diesel hat to energize college basketball fans. As promised, the Big Aristotle performed at the Big 12 conference.

After the Men’s Championship game, his 45-minute performance dazzled the fans. Before that, the 9-year-old DJing sensation LC Danger hyped up the fans with her opening performance. The excited crowd might be packed inside barricades, but that hasn’t stopped them from dancing to the energetic beats played by DJ Diesel.

Here is a glimpse of the vibrant night for all the virtual fans who couldn’t join in on the fun. The clip is captioned, “#Shaq aka Big @djdiesel Putting In That Office Work At The @big12conference.” Another Instagram Story by the same account read,  “Big 12 is kinda lit- won,t even lie…pac 12 didn’t do this.”

The Los Angeles Lakers legend also performed at the Big 12 conference event last year. Alongside Grammy-nominated hip-hop star Fat Joe, the4x NBA champion showcased his DJing expertise at the event.

Shaquille O’Neal has an undying love for music

Over the last few years, the 2000 NBA MVP has been dedicated to ensuring that his deep passion for music resonates with fans everywhere. Last month, DJ Diesel joined Machine Gun Kelly at an event to commence the fun at the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend. It was held at the Indiana Convention Center.

Shaq also performed at the annual Electric Castle Music Festival this year, which was held near Banffy Castle. He has also performed in the Lollapalooza concerts and more. He has collaborated with big artists as well as up-and-coming stars in the music scene. Just recently, he collaborated with Chicago-based rapper Gawne.

The two worked together to release the track,  “CHAOS.” While the song is loosely based on the artist’s journey to success, it is enhanced by O’Neal’s prowess.
