Things got a bit awkward on the Undisputed panel recently. Not only did the moment stir up the social media circles, but it also drew the attention of Shaquille O’Neal. He shared that bizarre but hilarious moment with his 32 million Instagram followers in case anyone missed it. To the uninitiated, Skip Bayless was Skip Bayless and it left a co-panelist too flustered to form words.
Shaquille O’Neal has transitioned to broadcast, among many things, since retiring from the NBA. While he’s known for clashing with his co-hosts on-air, his disagreements with Skip Bayless are epic.

Shaquille O’Neal draws attention to awkward Undisputed moment
Another day of Shaq provoking Skip Bayless. This time in an indirect way. The hilarious moment on Undisputed went down between the notorious sportscaster and retired NFL cornerback, Richard Sherman. Bayless and Sherman had one epic clash on air in 2013. Though they buried the hatchet, this recent incident shows there’s still some weirdness in the air.
Shaq being Shaq, shared the moment on his Instagram Stories. The home video carried the caption, “Richard Sherman tried his hardest not to laugh,” and the post was captioned, “Ayo Skip chill man.”

For context, the Undisputed panel was discussing Patrick Mahomes‘ recent 10-year contract with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bayless claimed that Mahomes wouldn’t surpass Tom Brady in greatness. He was so staunch on his stance, he made the comment, “Just take it, take. Suck it up, swallow it.” That bizarre comment surprised everyone watching. But Sherman was particularly shell-shocked.
He struggled to “swallow” his laughter and form coherent words. The best response he could immediately come up with is, “To a degree.”

Shaquille O’Neal, of course, noticed and had to make sure more people could partake in the entertainment.

Shaq loves to go after Skip
Skip Bayless has triggered many athletes and fans during his career.
However, the Los Angeles Lakers legend doesn’t skip a chance to go after the Fox Sports veteran. Recently, he hinted that Bayless can’t keep up with his co-hosts. Not long ago, he advocated for a more aggressive approach to silence the 71-year-old commentator.
However, Bayless can hold his own. And he has a history of ripping into Shaq. This week he was absolutely incensed about Shaq comparing Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders to Phil Jackson.

Clearly Shaq and Bayless will never see eye to eye. After that awkward comment from Bayless, even Sherman will struggle to look his co-host in the eye. What was your reaction to the questionable moment?
