The Colorado Buffaloes have become the epicenter of the football scene thanks to the man at the helm, Deion Sanders. Only a few weeks into the new season, Coach Prime has trumped his team’s win total from the entirety of last season. The fan base is soaked in excitement. Among them is NBA legend Dwyane Wade’s wife Gabrielle Union who honored the team’s victory. Shedeur Sanders’ response to a pre-game offense also found its way to Gab’s social media.

Taking to her Instagram, the Hollywood actress shared a screenshot of Marcus Thompson’s Twitter post on her Story. She didn’t forget to mention the theme of the Colorado Buffaloes and wrote, “#itspersonal.” The IG story came after the Buffaloes’ victories over Nebraska and Colorado State.

In the post, we can see the star of the show, QB Shedeur Sanders flaunting his watch to the camera. Well, of course, there is a story behind it.

On 9th September, Deion Sanders & Co faced off against the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Before the same, Prime Time’s son, the team’s 21-year-old star quarterback, had to face an unusual situation.

Nebraska Coach Matt Rhule tried to disrespect the Buffs by having a team meeting on their logo. What’s even more interesting is how Shedeur broke it up. The quarterback jogged out to half court and began doing his warm ups to move along the team meeting. During one instance, he flashed his watch in Huskers player Billy Kemp’s face.

Then his team went on to beat Nebraska by a 36-14 margin.  Later at the post-game conference, he shared, “It was extremely personal…The coach said a lot of things about my pops about the program. I don’t respect that because you’re hating on another man. All respect was gone for them and their program.

Gabrielle Union was delighted to see Shedeur keeping receipts of the shade. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of it going around these days.

Yes, the NFL legend has many supporters. But there are also those who doubted and disrespected him. One of them is Colorado State’s coach Jay Norvell. The 60-year-old dissed Coach Prime’s iconic garb, which ended up backfiring in a profitable way.

Then yesterday, the two Colorado outfits matched up. While the Buffs’ start was a bit rocky, they were able to catch up.

Much to fans’ excitement, Shedeur was able to bring the team back in position. He connected with Jimmy Horn Jr. for a 45-yard touch-down and then an 18-yard touchdown connecting with Michael Harrison to tie the game at 28.

They turned all the negative comments into a game-winning energy, ultimately beating CSU with 43-35 in double overtime. Did you like Gabrielle’s unique way to celebrate the match? What was your favorite moment from the game? Tell us in the comments below.
