While praising Draymond Green for the way he plays basketball, Anthony reminded people that Green has already won championships with the way he plays, so he should not be forced to change.

In a recent episode of the 7 PM in Brooklyn podcast, Carmelo Anthony and The Kid Mero talked about the difference in impact a player has, as a guard and as a forward. During this discussion, Carmelo Anthony asserted that a team needs players like Draymond Green. Green is not always looking to score the ball, but he is an engine for the team. He blocks shots, and rebounds, and is always there to be with his teammates.

Carmelo said, “Look at Draymond. They ready. You know he’s smart, and he’s not gonna change, and I don’t think he should change. It is what it is. This is what I do, and this is how I win championships.“
